Frequently asked questions.
What types of prints and materials do you offer?
I offer a variety of prints fulfilled by Printique, an Adorama company. My photographs display best printed on metal or professional-grade metallic paper giving them vibrant color and depth — especially in the night sky images. The metallic finish helps the stars pop and the colors shine.
Canvas, Acrylic, and Framed prints are also available and custom orders may be placed directly with me for best results.
Do you offer custom sizes or special orders?
Yes! Most images can be printed in a variety of sizes or finishes. If you see something you love but need a different size or format, just use the contact form to reach out. I’m happy to work with you to get the perfect fit for your space.
How can I purchase your prints?
Prints are available online through my shop and in person at select local events (like shows at WA Meadwerks). You can also message me directly through my site or social media if you’d like to arrange a local pickup or have a custom request.
How much is shipping?
The price you see already includes shipping, so there are no extra surprises at checkout. I like to keep things simple — the listed price covers both your print and the cost to get it safely to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping for most of my shop is coordinated by Printique, the professional print lab I work with. They currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada.
For any items not fulfilled by Printique, I primarily ship within the U.S., but I’m happy to look into international options on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs and delivery times can vary quite a bit depending on location, so if you’re outside the U.S. or Canada and interested in a print, just reach out through the contact form — I’ll do my best to make it work!
What’s your return policy?
Each print is made to order and carefully inspected before shipping, so all sales are final. That said, I want you to love your purchase — if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your print, please reach out right away through the contact form. I’ll make sure it’s taken care of quickly and that you end up with a piece you’re happy with.
What or Who is Printique?
Printique is a professional print lab based right in Brooklyn, New York, and is part of the Adorama Camera company. I work with them to produce all of my prints because of their exceptional quality and consistency.
They offer a range of premium materials — including metal, canvas, acrylic, and fine art papers — which allow me to bring each image to life exactly as intended. Working with a trusted local partner like Printique ensures that every print you receive is crafted with care and built to last.
Why does the color of my print look different than on the website?
Great question! Colors can look a little different in person because every screen displays images differently. Things like monitor brightness, color calibration, and device settings can all affect how an image looks online.
Each of my prints is created using professionally calibrated equipment and printed on high-quality metallic paper, which gives the colors extra depth and vibrance — especially in the night sky shots. So while the tones may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, your print will still capture the true look and feel of the original image.
How can I stay updated on new prints or events?
The best way is to follow me on Instagram and Facebook (@DaniMalonePhotography) for new releases, event announcements, and behind-the-scenes peeks. You can also join my mailing list to get updates on local shows, raffles, and new collections.
